Answer

Now you are ready to undertake CLIPSO fitting projects.

  • when opening your shipment – CLIPSO logo in front of you – some important points:
  • manipulate the fabric with clean gloves and wear clean worksuit
  • The fabrics should not rub on the floor or any dusty object (furniture, worksuit...). Beware of it when placing the fabric.

Tip: use the plastic cover of the fabric to protect the fabric when manipulating it.

  • Important: think to take the sticker stapled on the fabric, it indicates the batch number and allow us the product tracking if requested in our quality approach. If a customer service occusr, this sticker is the only element that will help us identifying your product and intervening.

Tip: to avoid losing this reference, staple it on the ceiling (before the fitting and at best at the entrance door level, 1st left corner)

  • You are now on the way to fit the fabric in the profiles. You will find the practical details on the attached technical sheets.

Some reminders:

  • Use the proper tools: spatulas, cutting knife with new blades
  • Do not hesitate to add extra fabric in the profile groove
  • Always finish you work at the corners
  • Trim the edges with a 0,5 cm margin using a knife with new blade.
  • After verifying the tension of the ceiling, push the margins with the spatula to reinforce the tension and give a perfect finition
  • Proceed to installation of devices: spotlights, ventilation (cutting the fabric, AC). Always use low tension spotlights and hermetic bulbs.
