most appropriate for absorbing the speech range with

while the solution with a space of 192 mm is less absorbent,
but more consistent.
With a 30 mm absorbent : absorption
is good, except at low frequencies, but it is a little
weak for deep voices.
The option with a 42 mm space appears to be the most
appropriate, given that with a deeper space, it is obvious
that the thickness of the absorbent would have to be
increased.
The best option is:
A 60 mm absorbent, with a total height of 72 mm: a high-performance
solution for absorbing speech, ideal in premises that
call for maximum sound absorption (in a restaurant,
for example).
