Ecophon Group enters into an exclusive agreement to acquire CLIPSO, a recognized supplier of acoustic textile solutions.

CLIPSO designs, manufactures, and sells stretched knitted textile solutions for ceiling and wall applications. These solutions offer a good acoustic performance, an easy installation, a large choice of colours, patterns, and printing possibilities. Their sustainability is best-in-class. They are also recommended by architects and interior designers from all over the world for their superior robustness, which has made them a natural choice in numerous landmark architectural projects.

CLIPSO has its head office located near Mulhouse, France. The company operates two production facilities in France and one in New Jersey, U.S.A. With a broad product range and a worldwide network of 1,500 independent certified installers, it sells mainly in Europe (55%) and the USA (25%).

The acquisition of CLIPSO strengthens Ecophon’s expertise on the market of architectural acoustic solutions.
